Kim Weber is a graduate from University California Davis with a BS in Interior Architecture. At UC Davis, she received an award for Outstanding Contribution to Design for her dedication to sustainable design. Kim worked for nearly two years as an intern for the State of California Green Building program. After graduating, Kim worked for ESC Design Group in Sacramento as an Interior Designer. Kim specializes in environmentally preferred products and high-end residential.

John J. Callahan is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California, BA History 1984 and the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco, CA 1986 receiving his professional chef’s certificate. Prior to joining armin maier and associates, inc., John worked as a professional chef in San Francisco, CA, Santa Cruz, CA and the Monterey Peninsula. In 1989 John went to work for Kroll Associates in San Francisco as a research analyst conducting corporate investigative work for a number of Fortune 500 companies in matters of civil litigation. In 1992 John co-founded The OSO Group in San Francisco and assisted in opening the New York office in 1995. The OSO Group conducted litigation support services for a number of major US and international law firms as well as corporate clients such as IBM, Kodak, Ashland Oil, United Technologies and Advanced Micro Devices. John has worked internationally in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Cyprus. In 2003 John started Execuchef Caterers in Sacramento, California and sold the company in June 2005 to a competitor. John resides in Granite Bay, California with his wife Emily and daughter Caitlin Clare.

Armin is a graduate of Georgia Tech and began his career with Lees Commercial Carpet in 1982 as an Industrial Engineer. He was with Lees in manufacturing and in sales for more than 6 years. In 1987, he joined Shaw industries in sales management until 1993. He then left the industry and joined Merrill Lynch for a number of years, then founded The Marin Group, Inc. an investment management firm based in Atlanta.

In 2001, Armin sold majority interest in Marin and joined forces with Jon to form armin maier and associates, inc., a sales and marketing agency promoting the finest commercial flooring products and services.
